Meet Chewbacca! This energetic brindle big boy is 90 lb and believed to be a double nosed Andian Tiger hound. He is unique as he is rare! He has a cleft palate which is common amongst the breed. Chewbacca is considered to be hearing impaired but despite all of his challenges he has an exuberance for life. Chewbacca loves other dogs, toys, treat and is very food motivated thanks to his double nose! He will cry if he hears dogs playing without him, for this reason apartment dwelling would not be suitable for him. Chewie is a sweet boy who doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He sees stranger as a friend he hasn't met yet. Chewbacca is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and crate trained. He walks well on a leash and has an understanding of basic obedience. His ideal home is one with large breed experience and a fenced in yard. Chewbacca is currently being fostered in Sturbridge Massachusetts.
